Ever since I was a little girl, Dancing has been my Favourite Hobby. Its an expression of joy and makes us Happy n' Carefree. Dance educates the Mind & refreshes the Senses. A Real Stress Reliever & can bring a Healthy Lifestyle. It does everybody a great deal of Good.

The only thing required is Willingness to Dance. It can be learnt by Practice. Dance is an Art Form & the Body is the Instrument.. Learn to play the instrument & master the art form. (Here, I would like to pay Respect to all my Teachers)

To Dance is to be out of yourself... more beautiful, more powerful. It adds to our Soul something that we can carry with us forever.

There are shortcuts to Happiness.. Dancing is one of them.

And then to start with.. Nobody cares whether u dance well or not ;-) ...Just Get up & Dance.
